The Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Island Training Solutions exclusive training on the powerful Jeffrey Gitomer’s “Customer Satisfaction is Worthless; Customer Loyalty is Priceless” was a major success. Thirty participants gathered in the Latte Stone Room at the Kanoa Resort Saipan on Thursday, September 20, 2018 and was facilitated by Saipan’s only Gitomer Certified Advisor, Jim Arenovski.
