The Saipan Chamber of Commerce Pellegrino Scholarship is available to Saipan residents enrolled in or planning on attending local trades or technical/vocational institutions, with the intent to return to the CNMI workforce.
Criteria and Eligibility Requirements:
- Completed Application Form
- Updated Resume and/or Work experience portfolio/documentation
- Proof of Residency
- Acceptance Letter to the Vocational Institute
- Two signed letters of recommendation
- Listing of extra-curricular activities and examples of leadership within the community
- Required written essay on provided topic by SCC EdWork Committee
